WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our manufacturing facility where we manufacture the products when the order is placed. This can take up 2-7 business days but in many cases will be less. Orders are shipped Mon-Fri excluding holidays, Below are expected delivery times based on your location.
Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimated.
1. Your tracking number may take 1-3 days to become active from shipping date.
2. If you can't find any tracking no. on your order list, we're still preparing for your package.
3. If you can find more than 1 tracking no. on your order list, we must have shipped in different packages.
4. if you find only part of items has no tracking no., we're still preparing for the shipment of other items.

- Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Prior to processing refund or exchanges, customers are required to send pictures of defects, Measurements, Size, Color, etc... And without a pictures we cannot process request.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or return back to sender as doing this will cause the items to get lost always request a return authorization and return address will be provided.
- returns are made excluding shipping and handling and a twenty percent restocking fee if the customer just wants a refund.
- To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and product tags attached.
Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping HERE). You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. We are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages without proof of receipt and delivery, Stylish Rack will not issue return credit.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Stylish Rack does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee of twenty five percent will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. Our automated system sends the orders to the manufacture right away. You can amend or cancel your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.
*NOTE: We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted products at your own expense.
ITEM SIZE TAG DIFFERENT FROM PURCHASE
Due to the nature of our products and our manufacturer specifications, some of our clothing are sent 2 sizes larger than what you actually ordered. This is to ensure that the article of clothing matches the actual dimensions of our sizing chart.
In order to help our customers please be aware that all sizes have been adjusted to fit the U.S market.
All tops including Hoodies, Jackets, Shirts, etc have been adjusted two sizes up.
All bottoms including Pants, Shorts, ect have been adjusted one size up.
Please note that once you receive your item(s) the Size Tag will be different from your order but it will be your correct U.S size.
