ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Stylish Rack guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from Stylishrack.com.Exchanges: If your items do not fit and you need to exchange them, you will get back the full 100% the amount you paid, excluding shipping, in the form of a Stylish Rack store credit. Also note that if you originally paid with store credits, your refund will be in the form of store credits no matter the reason for the return.
- The Stylish Rack Team must authorize all returns via the Support Center at email@example.com
- Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Prior to processing refund or exchanges, customers are required to send pictures of defects, Measurements, Size, Color, etc... And without a pictures we cannot process request.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or return back to sender as doing this will cause the items to get lost always request a return authorization and return address will be provided.
- returns are made excluding shipping and handling and a fifteen percent restocking fee if the customer just wants a refund.
- To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and product tags attached.
Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping HERE). You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. We are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages without proof of receipt and delivery, Stylish Rack will not issue return credit.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Stylish Rack does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee of twenty five percent will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address
After placing an order, you will receive your order number in our confirmation email. You will get an email notification from our system when your order is in transit to your shipping address and when it is delivered. There will be a link in the email to track the shipment.
- If you haven’t received an order confirmation email from us and your credit card or payment account has been charged, please contact us.
- If you haven’t received an order confirmation after an hour of placing the order on our Website, please check your spam box as sometimes your ISP might mistakenly block our emails. If you still don’t have the order confirmation email, please contact us.
Stylish Rack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking status shows “Delivered”, please contact the carrier directly (USPS 1-800-ASKUSPS)
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Stylish Rack reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Stylish Rack reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Stylish Rack items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
Stylish Rack will not be held liable for any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES:
Stylish Rack will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.
Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, relabel, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost.
Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total...so please be careful on the information that you provide. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake
Customers are required to send pictures of defects, Measurements, Size, Color, etc. Without a pictures we cannot process your request, please email us at email@example.com.
Return by Mail
Please print and fill out our return slip authorization, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your return slip authorization, please include your original packing slip with the item(s) being returned. Kindly note that without including your order number on the returns slip or with your returned item(s) there may be a delay in processing your return.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Stylish Rack does not credit original shipping charges restocking fee of twenty five percent will be assessed on return orders or on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address
